There are international clinical and research opportunities currently available to students at all levels at the Chicago campus. Below there is information specific to planning international aways for the various years.
M4 Students
M4 students can choose to pursue aways internationally. Chicago students who are interested in either research or clinical experience in a foreign country must select a program and obtain approval from the appropriate parties.
M1, M2, and M3 Students

Students are able to have international experiences prior to their M4 year. M1 students may participate in IFMSA, which is an organization that allows student to be part of a medical student exchange program with another student at an non-U.S. medical school.
